JULI TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRIAL PARK Phase I & II is a large-scale industrial steel structure project adopting a standard portal frame structure system. The portal frame steel structure applied in this project is widely recognized for its large span, high space utilization, lightweight and high strength. It perfectly meets the functional demands of modern industrial parks such as large-area open space, equipment placement and production operation.

Roof water leakage is a long-term common problem plaguing steel structure factory buildings. For this project, we adopted our independently developed professional roof system. Optimized in terms of purlin layout, roof panel installation, waterproof seam treatment and edge flashing details, the system realizes 100% zero leakage of the roof, greatly improving the waterproof durability and weather resistance of the building, and reducing later maintenance costs for clients.
