Customizable Size High Strength Q235B/Q355B Prefabricated Light Steel Frame House Prefab Aircraft Hangar
Prefabricated steel structure hangars are modular steel buildings that employ standardized design, meticulous factory prefabrication, and rapid on-site assembly. These structures are designed for parking, maintenance, modification, and storage of various aircraft including private jets, business jets, regional jets, large civil aircraft, and military aircraft. They can also adapt to combined needs such as aviation operations, maintenance support offices, and spare parts storage.
Main Structural System
Steel Components: Main beams and columns use H-beams; purlins use C-beams (C120~C320) or Z-beams (Z100~Z320); the support system uses X-angle steel or round steel pipes; tie rods use round steel pipes; all connections are made with high-strength bolts, ensuring convenient, stable, and reliable installation.
Structural Types: Portal steel frame (single span 30-80 meters, suitable for small and medium-sized hangars), bolted ball joint space frame (single span 80-150 meters, suitable for large hangars), which can be flexibly selected according to span requirements.
Surface Treatment: Hot-dip galvanizing or fluorocarbon paint coating, providing corrosion resistance, rust prevention, and UV resistance, suitable for various complex environments such as coastal areas, high temperatures, and extreme cold.
Enclosure and Protection System
Roofing System: Options include color steel sandwich panels, EPS/rock wool/PU sandwich panels, or photovoltaic glass (60% light transmittance), paired with PVC or metal drainage pipes. It integrates waterproofing, thermal insulation, and heat insulation, and the insulation level can be customized according to climate conditions.
Wall System: Utilizes color steel sandwich panels or concrete fiber panels. Customizable appearance textures such as rock and wood are available. Fire resistance reaches A1 level. In some scenarios, a steel frame + fiber cement explosion-proof panel (explosion pressure resistance 0.15MPa) can be added, suitable for military or hazardous work areas.
Door and Window System: Equipped with double-glazed windows with aluminum alloy or PVC frames. Sliding or Guillotine designs are available, along with fireproof and anti-theft accessories. The main entrance uses electric sliding doors or push-pull doors, equipped with a radar anti-collision system to ensure aircraft entry and exit safety.
