Quick Installation Agricultural Steel Frame Building
Prefabricated steel structure poultry houses are load-bearing buildings constructed with architectural steel. They utilize a portal frame main structure with core load-bearing components made of high-strength H-beams such as Q235/Q355 steel, reinforced with C/Z-shaped purlins.
This column-free, large-space design maximizes available space for raising livestock and provides ample room for multi-layer cages and automated equipment. All steel components undergo hot-dip galvanizing and are coated with a double layer of anti-corrosion coating, effectively resisting corrosion from ammonia, high humidity, and feces in farming environments.
The enclosure system adapts to different farming scenarios using thick composite sandwich panels with optional EPS, rock wool, or polyurethane core materials and an outer layer of color-coated steel sheet, offering excellent thermal insulation, fire resistance, and sound insulation.
