Main Structure
Hot-dip galvanized H-beams are used to reduce design load and foundation dimensions while minimizing self-weight.
Secondary Structure
Galvanized Z- or C-shaped steel is used for building purlins. The purlins are bolted to the main frame, eliminating welding requirements. All support rods and tie rods are hot-dip galvanized.
Coating System
Galvanized corrugated steel sheets provide durable protection. For insulation requirements, sandwich panels or corrugated sheets can be used for roofs and walls, with 50mm-100mm thick fiberglass insulation laminated on-site.
