Prefabricated steel structure is a modular building system where primary & secondary steel members are cut, welded, drilled and pre-finished in our factory before shipment. On-site erection only uses high-strength bolts, no on-site welding required. It eliminates most traditional construction delays, reduces site labor and waste, and supports flexible layout, expansion or relocation.

FAQ

Can you design according to our local wind & seismic standard?

Yes. We take site location, wind speed, snow load and seismic parameters to design the whole steel frame, and provide structural calculation report for building permit.

What documents will you provide?

We supply general arrangement drawing, shop drawing, structural calculation sheet, material certificate, and certification documents like CE/CPR as required.

Can we add overhead crane system?

Yes. We design dedicated crane beams and supporting frames for different tonnage overhead cranes.

What about insulation?

Optional sandwich panels (EPS, rock wool, PU) for thermal insulation, suitable for cold storage, poultry houses or offices.

Can the building be expanded later?

Yes. The steel structure system allows bay extension by adding new frames.
