A factory-engineered steel frame system assembled on-site from pre-cut, pre-drilled components. Every member is designed to your exact load and span requirements—no field welding required for primary connections.
Our globally adaptable steel structure workshop is a prefabricated building system designed for international markets, integrating international standards, regional climate adaptation, and local policy compliance. Adopting modular design, it can be quickly adjusted according to the climate conditions (high temperature, low temperature, heavy rain, strong wind) and building codes of different regions. All components comply with international standards (AISC, Eurocode, GB), and can meet the import requirements of various countries, ensuring smooth customs clearance and safe use.

The minimum we need: clear span (width), bay spacing, number of bays, eave height, roof pitch, crane capacity (if any), cladding type preference, country/location (for wind and snow maps) and preferred design code. A simple sketch or dimension table is sufficient.
Yes. Our structural engineers routinely produce designs to AISC 360, AS/NZS 4600, EN 1993-1-1 and local codes for Australia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa and South America. The structural calculation report is supplied in English.
50-tonne double-girder EOT cranes are routinely designed into our workshop structures. For cranes above 32 t, the column section and runway beam are upgraded to heavier plate-girder sections and the foundation is designed with increased base plate and anchor bolt size. Duty cycle up to A6 (ISO 4301) is supported.
Typical timeline: design approval 7–14 days → fabrication 25–45 days → shipping 15–35 days (depending on destination port). Total FOB lead time is 35–65 working days after signed contract. Sea freight transit adds 10–35 days depending on destination.
Yes. Rock-wool sandwich panels (80–150 mm) are recommended for hot climates (reduces HVAC load by ~40% vs. single-skin) and cold climates. PU-core panels are used where higher U-value performance (U ≤ 0.25 W/m²K) or fire resistance is required. EPS panels are available for budget-conscious projects in mild climates.
Yes — provided the original design included end-frame detailing for future bay addition (we include this by default). New bays bolt onto existing end columns and rafter connections with no modification to the existing structure. We can supply expansion-bay drawings with the original order.
We supply detailed erection manuals with 3D exploded-view drawings and step-by-step bolt torque tables. Optional on-site supervision by our experienced erection supervisor is available for projects in Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Remote video guidance is included free of charge.
